Joomla template problem

Hi all,

The template is [url removed, login to view]
3 things has to be fixed.
- Instead of 4 tabs, I want 5 tabs for the module Tabs GK4. But if I do it, it doesn't fit.
- If I open the page I also want to see the images and title of those tabs. So there need to be less space between the tabs and the slideshow.
- I want a google map at position bottom 7.I also want to fill in my adress and there needs to come a direction.

Note:
You can't get FTP access, it is SFTP with a range with my ip and i don't know how to change. So if you have to upload files to the server, you can do it through me.
