It is from: [login to view URL] We want our site ([login to view URL]) to look and function like ([login to view URL]). - However, at this time, we do NOT need the "pay upgrade" feature that PornHub offers. - Instead, our home page will show 8 videos of videos being watched with the tag: "VIDEOS BEING WATCHED RIGHT NOW" - under "Videos being watched right now", it will show 16 of the most recent videos with the tag: "MOST RECENT VIDEOS". With most recent first, then pages to older videos. - The video thumbnails will be the same size as Pornhubs. - The video player on [login to view URL] will be the same size as pornhub. - we want ALL of the ad placements that pornhub has. In the admin we should be able to insert our own "ad code". - ALL of the information under each video should match and function the same as pornhub. (LENGTH of video, RATING, ADDED (X)MINUTES OR HOURS AGO, NUMBER of views) - The MENU at top should have these tabs: HOME = to [login to view URL] VIDEOS = to [login to view URL] CATEGORIES = to [login to view URL] COMMUNITY = to [login to view URL] DATING = to external (www) page. LIVE CAMS = to external (www) page. - However, most looks and features will match pornhub. But some must be different so that we are not in copyright infringement. So, during project we will have you change some small items. Like, we will keep our Tab/Menu "Header". So you do not have to duplicate pornhub's menu header. - The "Admin" area should also reflect EVERYTHING on the front end. And allow us to change anything on front end. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform All platforms and ALL browsers including IE, Firefox, Safari, etc.
