Website to be developed for a band... It will involve the creation of very attractive look layout for female folk/rock band... Development will include some Flash work for the landing page to make it look interactive... If possible make it frontpage compatible so it is easy to edit for the band...
Also there must be a link where people can listen to their music... You can see the music player on [[url removed, login to view]][1] as an e.g. and if you can incorporate that exact player into the project that would be great...
Details other than landing page will include:
1. News
2. Upcoming Gigs
3. Bio
3. Gallery (Photos)
4. Downloads
All of which have to have an attractive layout also with a compatible look to the landing page...
You will be given photos that you can work with of the band also... Small changes may be asked to be made on the way before payment...
Please leave examples of your work for me to look at so I can judge if you are good for the project...
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
