PHP website redesign and content implementation

The project is to redesign the look of the website to streamline it, and make it very very appealing to the eye, and unbelievably easy to navigate. It will require adding a few dozen pages of content and links to the main css template. The content comes from our 2 of our local sites, and 1 corporate site. I would like incorporate info from <[login to view URL]> and the majority of the links and content from <[login to view URL]> they will be independent pages and not links to our other websites. The content will have to be moved and presented in an orginal new format, but the actual content will remain the same. I could do this myself but I am not creative enough, and am looing for a really great exciting eye appealing and super easy navigation to our site. The color schemes will remain the same or close, you would have to show me. The site this will be integrated into will be www dot jhtaxnw dot com (we are tracking statistical data to this site so I just don't want the url showing in a google search) Please check this out and send me some ideas, and or samples and a great bid and I will pick a winner. Working schemes or models will be given first consideration. Remember this is all about creativity, ease, and migration Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
