I am looking for an expert in Flash Actionscript, as well as php/ sql and html to modify an existing flash and html template. I have attached the requirements in pdf for accessibility.
I need the job done within 2 weeks or less:
Timelines:
Week 1(phase 1): Dynamic display of dynamic content e.g. videos, tracks, news etc
Week 2 (phase 2): Completion of admin content and other aspects of the requirements, and project completion/closure
No Escrow payment will be made until delivery of phase 1 within requested timescales, where 50% of the fees will be made in escrow
Once site is complete at the end of week 2, full payment will be made.
Only bid on this project if you have required skills,and are comfortable with timescales.
Bidding on this project is considered an acceptance of timescales, and ability to deliver requirements, and will be taken as mutual contract between provider and buyer!!!
