Flash Header Animation

Coders, I need a flash designer specializing in special effects to animate the header portion of my website [[login to view URL]][1] Please note that the complete TOP portion is required to be animated, please see the picture included, the portion that is inside the big red box is what is required. 1. Preloader maybe with a rotating 3d image of the Village Disco Logo. 2. A sun explosion leading to the square gold leaves floating around and fading out with more fading in slowly etc… 3. Have the big gold tubes drawn in and have the spiral gold wave coming in and twisting or turning horizontally. 4. The big gold tubes will need to look like they have electricity running through them every now and again, so like electric current sparks inside the tubes would be good. 5. When the girl appears, she will appear with a flicker effect, then her hair will flow slowly in the pretend wind. 6. Gold arrows then float from left to right and right to left. 7. I require advertisement phrases fading in and out or any way you feel is best which will be used to advertise the discotec, I need the phrases to be "dynamic text", to be read from an editable xml file. I could have 1 phrase or as many as 20 phrases. You should choose how best to integrate these phrases into the overall animation. 8. Navigation menu needs to be animated, something nice please, also needs to be read from an xml file, both the menu names AND the menu links needs to be completely editable from an xml file. 9. The logo on the top left should also be a link to the main page AND have a 3D animation revolve when the mouse cursor is over it. Please give me your best quote AND a work schedule. As this is a design that I have done myself, I have the full source in VECTOR format. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) You agree that cosmetic flaws does NOT exist in this project as this is almost a pure design project, therefore nothing is set in stone however the project is only deemed finished once the Buyer is 100% satisfied with the complete design.
