I need a e-commerce enabled web site with capabilities to self manage content (add/modify text and and sections) through an administrative log-in. The website is built to sell energy and water efficient technologies to the property and construction industries and both wholesale and retail channels. More details to be supplied later Need to design buttons - 2/3 options relating in design/feel to the overall website design Need to design background with shifting images Need to design a landing page - possible with a brief flash animation (show me your creativity through some of your examples) Need to design flash banner ad with marketing content (editable by administrator) EXPECTATIONS The system must function and appear identically with all major browsers (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Netscape, other Mozilla based browsers) The site must be designed to work within a screen resolution of 1024x768 The website must be designed to resize for all screen sizes (website can not appear downsized within IE etc.) The website must be optimised for fast browsing Please recommend a programming language most suitable for these requirements: Once commenced the project needs to be completed within 10days All content/coding is owned by me at the completion of the project If satisfactory follow-up work will be supplied.
