Hi I'm a former user of the site vancouverxchange.com. It went down due to lack of "profit" back in 2008 or so.

Pretty sure it's a piece of cake job for any skilled web designer. I need a designer willing to share my dream of creating a forum based in Vancouver, targeting the youth.
Clone of the site would be the minimum desired but if generally interested perhaps we can created a more updated version of VancouverXchange.
I would like users be able to make their own profile pages through use of html. I would like people to be able to post up youtube videos on the forums.
Premium members section, paid section advertisement section banner. Users should have their own albums on their pages if they chose to do so.
Perhaps overall similar to [url removed, login to view] but targeting vancouverites. Facebook integration, web cam chat rooms. Willing to discuss other ideas.
I'm not doing this for money, willing to give all premium sales in first couple months to designer as bonus.
I want a Vancouver forum created because I had many positive experiences on [url removed, login to view] and would like to give other users the opportunity to relive those experiences once agan and perhaps start some new ones.
Money is not an issue, I make plenty. Project minimum $1500-$3000 although more than willing to dish out more for something more competitive.
