Wordpress Theme Development

We want to have a wordpress template/theme developed.

The following are the general details involved:

1. It must have a simple professional design and be easily switchable between 2 column left or right or 3 column.

2. The ability to select colors or select from a preset list of available colors.

3. The ability to insert images or flash into the header.

4. The design should be more reminiscent of a website than a blog and the theme should validate as html4 with white spaces kept to a minimum.

Remove anything that is not necessary for regular functionality.

We prefer clean designs and nothing too fancy. Please see [url removed, login to view] for an example

5. There are a variety of tweaks to the code that are necessary as well. The details of these changes are included with this posting as an attachment.

6. Reconfiguring the default WP install ? The details for this are also included in the attached file.

This should ultimately be a stand alone WP installation that is easy to install and preconfigured as detailed above and in the attachments.

Further details will be supplied as needed.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
