I want to have a website where I recommend other websites. I'd like the ability to add a title, URL and summary for a website. The site would be categorized and allow users to rate each listing for all to see. Example: Category: Technology Rent A Coder URL: [url removed, login to view] Description: A site to obtain coding help and put your own programming skills to good use. Requirements: A simple thums up, down, in the middle poll for each site listing, A way to add each site listing to a personal favorites list which would be kept in a basic cookie stored on the user's computer, A suggestion box to submit sites, A common header/footer page, A category list in the footer or sidebar, A simple site search, And the newest entries shown on the main page. I do not have any more specific details as I'd like to discuss available options with a coder. Thank you.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Compatible with all browsers, and must run on a Linux server. Preferably written in PHP. SQL is available.
