hi there, i have a client who requires a site developed similar to gumtree but with social networking elements too.
The site will be similar somewhat to rollonfriday.com.
The client is looking for a web company who is VERY approachable, VERY up to date with latest techniques and technologies as well as really amazing design skills.
Thsi project would be most suited to a web company with a team rather than a single entity webdesign company. However, prove me wrong if you feel you are skilled enough!!
The client would like their site to be quite tongue in cheek and not dull or boring. personality is really important to them and they want somone who can create a great visual brand for the site.
The clients are based in europe but travel to london quite often. They would like a company who is able to meet in london for face to face meetings - either at your office or convenient locations. It is ESSENTIAL that you are able to provide a consultative service/approach to this project and help develop the site.
Obviously the client needs the site to be CMS driven and it needs to be easy to use.
Needless to say development needs to be clean and meet relevant web standards and be SEO friendly.

Please note that if you are approved to be in the network of webdesigners which i recommend from, there is a fee to be in the network, no fee to quote for projects, but a referral fee charged if you are awarded any projects.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
