UK Search Engine

I have a UK results only search engine [[login to view URL]][1] This site was built for me some time ago in PHP, and installed by the coder on my server. It is a 'Pay for Clicks' SE script with admin page, but it has never worked properly, and I am unable to contact the Coder who promised to fix the problems. I now want to incorporate a SE feed from MIVA. I have opened an account with them and they have sent me some files to install. The project would be to re-design the site (Home page and results page) ,install the MIVA files, test and ensure all is working correctly. But there is one crucial difference from normal MIVA feed. I want to give you a list of keywords that are relevant to other sites I have. (Approx 20 different sites) If these keywords are searched for I want my own sites to come up as 1st result over-riding the MIVA feed. The 2nd, 3rd, 4th results etc: can be MIVA feed listings. For example search term 'print quote' 1st position [[login to view URL]][2] (One of my sites) 2nd position MIVA LISTING for the search term 3rd position MIVA LISTING for this search term I have many similar projects for top class PHP Coder. Show me what you can do. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
