Need a keyword search engine ranking tool.

USER experience:
User visits website and clicks on button on front page. Two buttons are on next page ??" a a) sample report button and b) create your website report button.
a) Sample Report Button - Written version: text describing; sample report is clickable/visible (FLASH version: A ‘sample report’ button is clicked and visually shows the user the steps necessary to create their own report. The steps - showing the necessary user information they will need to provide, the ‘process’ and the final report they will need to do to create their own website report.)
b) Create Your Website Report Button - User provides type of physician, zip and user/pass…an email is sent to user with link to enter site, enter information. If user is a type of physician in the database, the pre-assembled checklist for that type of physician will automatically pop up. The user will go through the line- item checklist and check off those keywords/keyword phrases provided (from the 15) that he feels are applicable to his medical specialty. The user will then have 5 line items where he can enter up to 5 original keyword/keyword phrases of his own creation. Then, enter the website address and click ‘start.’ A report is generated that shows the current results ??" search engine(s) query in the top 250 results - for the predefined keywords and their 5 personal selections. see attached [url removed, login to view] for more details....
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
