This project is a simple quote producing and purchase producing web based system using php and mysql
It will allow the adding of clients and all usual client fields contacts within the clients because there maybe more than one contact per client.
When creating a quote it should allow to select the client from list and fill in all relevant data
usual things like date fields etc who the sales contact is creating quote
The quote data itself will de just one freeform field and one price then VAT(sales tax) Total. Also a valid until 90 days after creation field
It should produce a pdf quotation and email it to the client and to be viewed and printed by admin and posted to client
Exactly the same setup as above on the purchase orders side but obviously suppliers details instead of clients
Generate reports on individual clients quotes on whether quotes have been accepted or rejected between dates to and from etc.
Clients able to login and see quotes relating to them etc. with secure unique user and pass.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
