PHP Based Website/Control Panel #2

We need a PHP based website/control panel system that contains: 1 - Content Management 2 - Auto-Responder/Newsletter 3 - Web Page Popups 4 - Paid Membership Access 5 - Simple Ecommerce 6 - Simple Forum/Q&A module Some references for functionality: <[login to view URL]> - Membership <[login to view URL]> - Membership <[login to view URL]> - AutoResponder/Newsletter <[login to view URL]> - Editor/CMS <[login to view URL]> - Popups This project is NOT to build a control panel for the above applications, but rather the creation of a system that duplicates the above tools' functionality into one simple to use system with a single sign-on. It MAY contain the above applications, but not necessary. Each module must be able to be added or removed with the exception of the CMS module which will be used for authentication and control panel "center". Some of the above components may be provided for integration, others strictly as samples. Module 1 will consist of a db driven CMS system for website management. We are looking for typical web CMS (will provide example code in ASP/PHP). Module 2 will allow the website owner to do email signups, campaign management, newsletter sending functionality as well as allow end users to signup, opt-out of any or all campaigns. Module 3 will extend #1 + #2 with the ability to popup content or a signup screen with several configurable options (popup once, popup on exit, etc) Modules 4, 5 and 6 are NOT required at this time, but are included to show the total scale of this portion of the project. The ability to add these modules into this phase is a bonus. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The OS is linux, database is MySQL, mail server is QMail, web server is Apache. A complete test account in the actual deployment environment will be provided to ensure that this application works in the intended environment. The end user will be all current web browsers (IE, Opera, Firefox, Mozilla, Safari, etc), however the admin will only be required to use the current version of IE.
