NOTE: if you do not have specific experience with the following issue, or have a SPECIFIC IDEA of what could be wrong (and outline this in a PMB). Please do not bid on this project. you will be wasting your time and ours and will not be considered for any future work.
The Issue:
a customer (customer A) checks out an order and sees someone else's billing and shipping address on checkout (customer B). this happens pretty randomly. customer A and B do not know one another. they did not send a link to a product with their session info between them. they are unrelated. At this point we replaced cybersource with [url removed, login to view], this site is running on a server with other OSC sites which have no problems at all. we need this issue resolved in 48 hours hopefully.
