Joomla Export for fixing my portal

Joomla portal [login to view URL] need to fix and enhance. a)the portal home need to look like [login to view URL], also in multilanguage I need a category country: - items are "USA","Germany","Austria","Switzerland","Serbia" the item captions must be multilingual I need a category type: - items are "Win a Car","Win aHouse", "Win Money"... the item captions must be multilingual I need a category Language: - items are "english","german","italien","serbian"... the item captions must be multilingual the languages are more then the joomla portal languages. But if a joomla portal language is available, the joomla GUI laso has to change his display language. b) - Set the maximum displayed width for the outer frame to 780 pixel. - Set the remaining background outside this frame to "no color", or "white" c) - add to the category type an item "Local Sweepstakes". - add a map (Google Maps or other geographical map) for set the location for the news. d) - instead of "User Rating: oooo/ 1 " below the news title, display zero to 5 stars without any visible text on the same line as the title, right aligned. The stars are stored in images/[login to view URL] ..images/[login to view URL] e) - if a news was published inside the last 24 hours, display a "new" image on the same line as the title, right aligned, but left of the stars. The new image is stored in images/[login to view URL] ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working joomla portal. ## Platform joomla
