Front Website design (1 Page) for Demo (Ajax style)

I need a one page designed (prefferable in HTML). The design must take under consideration that the page will be developed in AJAX. The page is an entrace and welcome page for a restaurant/cafe/bar.. etc. There should be a specific information elements in on that page: logo, address, login, banners, map - around the area. etc. more infromation of the elements that I need on the page will be given later. Graphic consideration: 1. screen size 1024x768 (minimum resolution) 2. not too many colores - its a demo, and it must fit to different restaurant, just placing the new logo. 3. ajax oriented. 4. very user friendly. 5. More html less images (the site design must be controled by css) I have an ugly demo that I can show to understand the concept. And i would like to define all elements before going ahead with the job.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
