| Every player picks 100 games throughout the year. |

| There are 22 weeks in the year (including playoff games). |
| There are 32 football teams. |
| Each week between 1 game and 16 games are played (1 game on the last week; the superbowl). |
| All games are played against the 'final point spread'. |
| For indication purposes an 'early point spread' will be listed to give players a sense of the likely 'final point spread'. |
| Each player can choose as few games or as many games as he/she wants in a given week.

## Deliverables

| The league has 3 administrators. |
| Each administrator can enter the following (this weeks games, the 'early point spread' and the 'final point spread'). |
| Administrators can unlock this weeks games, allowing players to choose their teams. |
| Administrators can then lock the games when picks are no longer accepted. |
| Players can only pick games within an unlocked week's games. |
| Administrators will identify what each team did for the preceding week (win, lose, tie or bye- no game). |
| Each winning pick will add 2 points to the players total, each tie will add 1 point. |
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
