Dentist Datamining

Hello Sajid, Thank you for your willingness to work with me again. As I mentioned previously, this is a time-sensitive datamining project. Your successful completion of this project will be measured by (1) whether you complete the data by the designated due date, and (2) the accuracy and completeness of the data. By accepting this project you acknowledge that failure to complete the project on time could result in a complete forfeiture of payment. We are collecting a standard set of contact data for Dentists. The types of data needed include addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and fax numbers, among others. The attached Excel spreadsheet entitled “Final [login to view URL]? contains data types we are seeking as well as the format they should be delivered in. The following text details how the data should be collected: DENTIST OFFICES: (1) Orthodontists: The site <[login to view URL]> should conveniently provide all required data. Search by state and collect all required data. (2) Pediatrics: The site <[login to view URL]>should conveniently provide all required data. (3) Prosthodontics: The site <[login to view URL]> should conveniently provide all required data. Please ask any questions prior to accepting this task. Thanks. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
