OS Commerce Customization

Various updates to OSCommerce.

1. User sees limited view of products when not confirmed. He can order, but only at the regular price.

2. When a user is confirmed (an email sent to the admin when a new user has registered - the admin will then call to verify they are who they say they are), the admin will place them in a specific tier level (see #3) for special pricing and will be able to view all products.

3. Each product will be a percentage of the regular price depending upon which level the user is. Think of a table with 100 fields, and the rows are named user levels and the columns named product user levels. A product will be set to a specific product user level, and a user will be set to a special tier level. Depending upon which user level a user is and what product he is buying, he will get a specific percentage off the price. (I may have to explain this more in depth - it is not hard I promise :)) Default the users registered to level 1. Also allow for admin to edit these levels.

4. The admin will need to upload a csv file of the new inventory daily. When this is done, it needs to have the front page say 'we are undergoing maintenence'. (see xls file provided)

5. Additional notes:

-united states at the top when registering

-pack isn't needed (in the excel sheet provided)

-offerqty - that is how many they have in stock (in the excel sheet provided)

-should show how many they have left if is 0 or so, have it out of stock

-take off specials box on the right.

-On the products description page, show the NDC #, description, Form, Strength, Size and price (depending upon the tier level of course!)

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
