questions from doc to mdb - element 7

This project involves taking some data in a .doc file and placing it in an MDB file. The project is described completely in an attached .zip file - READ THE DOC INSIDE. I dont care what technology you use - i just care that it is 100% ACCURATE and done QUICKLY. Preference will be given to bidders who: 1. can do it quickly (if you can do it by tomorrow morning, that would be ideal) 2. can do it cheaply in your bid, please tell me a little bit about how you will do this and when you can do this. also, please indicate very clearly that you have read the document - You can do this by, in your bid, indicating the SECRET WORD that is in the document. you must put the SECRET WORD or I can not consider your bid. Sorry, this is because I have had too many bidders in the past who claim to have read the doc, but later it turns out that they did not.
