The software should record the video on my computer through firewire while registering the time Code (TC). I could also accept that the program would not record the video image but, instead, it would only read the TC coming from the camera. The TC is the most important thing to retain; always through firewire While I write, both the tape’s Time Code and the clock time (which it woud be taken directly from the computer) would have to be registered and written every ten seconds. In other words, while I write in a normal “sheet?? of a computer word processor (or simply a plain text writer) the tape’s Time Code and the Time (hh:mm:ss) should be written every ten seconds next to the last word I have just written after the ten-second block of time. Once I open that normally presented text, every word should be already linked to the VIDEO FILE right to the point (- 14 to -4 seconds of margin) were that word is pronounced. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)?
