556524 Order Management System for eBay Store and Yahoo eCommerce

Our company is called Pets and Beyond and we are an online pet supply retailer that drop-ships across the USA and Canada. We need a PHP/MySQL OMS (order management system) for the sales we generate from our eBay Store and Yahoo eCommerce store. It will then be imported into the order management system to minimize data entry labor. When all the orders are imported for the day, I will then export my orders via .csv file to my suppliers so that they can import my orders into their system. Once my orders have been processed and shipped, I then get a .csv invoice file from my suppliers that I will need to import with my product cost and tracking numbers. The final step will be to export tracking from the order management system to eBay BlackThorne program. I also need to keep in contact with my customers. I will send my customers their tracking number by email automatically once invoicing from my supplier has been imported. Some rules will need to be setup so that I can automatically email customers when there is an attempted delivery or a package is undeliverable. I also need to automatically email customers when a package sent to Canada has been released from Canada Customs. I also would like to send automatic follow-up emails 2-3 days after package has been delivered. Tracking number status should be automatically updated via API to UPS and USPS every 24hrs. (I can provide the info needed to setup API) Automatic UPS/USPS tracking status: - Shipped - Out Of Customs - Attempted Delivery - Delivered Each transaction should have a color coded Status. There are a few extra features that I need programmed. The ability to have one order with multiple items for two different suppliers and to set an email rule that will automatically send an email to that customer to let them know their items will be shipped from different locations. If billing and shipping address does not match for a yahoo transaction, mark the status as red. I am willing to pay up to $2,000 USD to have this order management system programmed.
