Refresh Web Page ONLY ONCE after page load

This should be extremely simple if you know the answer.
REQUEST: I am attempting to refresh a web page BUT ONLY ONE TIME.
THE REASON : On a form page, the submit button, which is an image is being cut off. Once the page loads a second time, all is good.
SOLUTION: This would be up to the programmer, but realize I have searched for the past 2 hours testing many snippets of code, none of them would refresh the page ONLY one time. Based on my testing, I think a server side solution would be best, but I'm not opposed to other solution. As I write this, I have tested the page with Firefox.
NOTE: I will give the URL via PM if needed
ONLY BID if you know the answer and do the work NOW - I MEAN TODAY - not Morrow or next week, I have to show a client quickly. If you are too busy, then do not bid. This is a low priced project since if the programmer understands the problem and already has the code, it should be a simple copy/paste job.
