Master System / Game Gear Emulator for Microsoft Smartphone

Hello everybody, We want to have a Master System/Game Gear Emulator for the Microsoft Smartphone 2002 operating system. The Smartphone is pretty similar to the MS Pocket PC, but is used for mobile phones. At the beginning we focused to have a GG emulator, but we understand that the Master System and the GG share the same architecture, so we don't see a problem here. Please take a look to the attached document to see details of the requeriments. The application have to be developed using the MS SDK for the Smartphone 2002 and the embedded tools v. 3.0. The application will be delivered using eVc++, so it will be strongly considered personal with previous experience on that. The language and the IDE is the same for the Pocket PC environment, so PPC developers are more than welcome to bid. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a question, we hope we can do business! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Smartphone 2002, eVC++ 3.0
