Java Windows App GUI

Attached is a java program that I need converting into a small windows application gui. I dont like command line utilities so I want this to be a nice window app with the output/debug arranged into windows etc.

The prog simply listens on port 6690 and parses input strings to be loaded to my database.

I also need a modification where the 'ip' is included in the database sql string. The columns in my database are 'num','nmea','ip','TimeStamp'. At the moment only num and nmea are being passed to database and TimeStamp is loaded automatically but I want ip included and the TimeStamp to be the sql 'now()' time.

This app will eventually be 'tabbed' so there be 3 similar processes running in each tab. For now to make a start it is just this process..

This is very urgent, please start asap.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
