Front End for Shareware Compilation CD

Greetings. I have a CD of full shareware and freeware programs for PALM OS PDA's that I have organized into approximately 15 catagories. I want to now begin selling this as a product and need to have the programs (which are all in .zip format) appear to customers in a easy to understand format. This would include having the CD autorun upon placement in their CD ROM Drive, offer a splash page with my company logo and a few selections on how to proceed (such as "Brouse CD", "EXIT", etc.) and a menu that allows them to choose their category and once selected, offers them a view the programs in the category (folder). I have seen this done using VB and HTML, but I will allow you to offer the best solution and your ideas. I want this to be a simple project, as the price point for the CD will be low. I will want you to deliver a solution that will address all these issues and make this a saleable product. When replying, if you have done this type of work before, please provide specific examples and your ideas on how this can be accomplished. I also will need to know how I will get all the programs for you for testing. If you have questions, please reply to me privately. See the attached file for the details of the offer. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Win 98 and up
