Fake Live Views for Twitch and Own3d Websites

I Need a script/bot/software that will increase my LIVE VIEWERS count on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] so it shows up at the top of the listings. Basic features: - I need to be able to switch the service to use (Twitch or Own3d). - I should also be able to select to which user the fake live views are going to - I need to insert any amount of live viewers on any page I desire - Important I do not want a script or software that will reduce the performance of my computer or rely on heavy broadband usage Useful info: Both websites increase the live viewer amount if you open more tabs. Each tab opened consumes a huge load of ram and Internet resources, I don’t want the software to cause that. (I want this to be very clear) Budged: I'm planning on paying arround 50€ for this part.
