DVD coding

We, a small video production house, have an html-based presentation which we give clients on CD with MPEG-1s. We'd like to give it to them on DVD with full screen MPEG-2s. This project is converting the html PAGES (not video) into DVD format. (NO Video production, we have the MPEG-2s). The presentation is about fifteen pages, each page has our logo, some text and a "NEXT" button to go to the next page. Some have "Sample Video" buttons that are linked to our MPEG video. Upon clicking that button, we'd want the video to play full screen than close automatically when done back to the page which had the button. A couple buttons open sample html web pages (offline, on the computer drive) in IE. The last page just has our logo and some text, no "NEXT" button. Quite simple. This should be done with extremely popular DVD authoring software (DVDit?), so that we, with the software (we'll buy it, we don't have any or understand any yet) can easily change the text and the links to the video and html pages as our presentation needs change. You need to have an well-honed design sense, a lot of great coders make ugly pages. We've laid out the html pages, nothing fancy, but nothing garish. Please essentially follow what we did, no 95 point red Impact lettering. This should give you a sense of what we need for bidding. The winner will get the presentation on CD and can return it on CD, we have the DVD burner here. Note: This is NOT video production. We have the MPEG-2s all ready. It's just creating the pages in DVD format that mimic the html pages. Another note: After completing this straightforward task, we'd be delighted to listen to any ideas you have to make the presentation have more zing (Page transitions? Flash? Sounds?) and would negotiate with you for the extra work at a rate similar to that involved in doing the above. Bidders please give us a sense of what program you will use, since we will need to acquire that program and learn it after you're done. Cheap and easy is a good thing.
