Wed Site Design

Hello I am looking for a handyman web-designer for website tasks. Essentially graphics creation and websites maintenance. So I am looking for a web-designer always online, or almost always, and that also replies to email very quickly. (less than 2 hours). If you are not online everyday or if you only reply emails once or twice per day, dont its not for you. We will define a price per hour or per task. If we get along and you are a good, reliable and honest web-designer, I will start giving you bigger and bigger projects - but for that to happen it will take a while off course, to build the relationship so please dont bid if you are looking for these bigger projects now because it takes time to build a relationship. I expect web-designers that range between 5 to 20 USD per hour, not more. I would prefer to hire a single freelance web-designer than a small company but if you run a small company and you are giving tasks to your web-designers, I do not mind hiring you if you believe that you fit the profile and this project might have any interest to you.
