Seeking Part Time Developer - ASP/PHP

Hi there, I am looking for a talented developer / designer / project manager who can work with me on an on going basis. This position would start off part time and would lead into a full time once we really get going and settle in. I currently have a full time developer already and I need more resources to get my projects done. I am a ceo of my own small marketing / development firm and need a few extra hands.... need someone who is well versed in many areas.. I work on many projects at the same time and hardly any of them are ever the same. We also have internal development ideas for a actual product like crm tools, marketing tools and other things. This of course will be a remote position who has a flexiable schedule.. This person will also act as a project manager who keeps things on schedule and on budget and provide me updates with status. Skills I am looking for... ASP, PHP, AJAX, JS, MY SQL, MS SQL, CSS I am seeking someone how is very well rounded / capable of doing many things to perfection. Someone who can think on their own without being told, someone capable of finding or recommending the best solution even if it is to use open source instead of building something new from scratch. Other skills required, Debugging websites, thinking of user experiences, understanding end user flow, working with others, multi tasking, along with other task like programming designing and so on. I am online 16 hours a day my self and need someone who is online to get stuff done!! There is only so much I can do my self and even the smallest task like editing html, resizing images, uploading something would become part of your day. This would be an hourly position.. you would be paid once a week (in escrow is fine). I am fine with setting a minimum number of hours per week if needed.. This is an on going job.. plenty plenty of work!!! I also have major projects i will be needing work on that last a few weeks straight non stop which I would need your help for as well. This will be an HOURLY PAY PROJECT which truly depending on experience, samples and your schedule. I will always pay a bit more once you prove your self. we can work out more money after a few weeks and we both are happy working together. Needs to be affordable, people over $10 per hour will not be considered!!
