Real Estate Website on Asp.Net

Fully functional real estate website. Needs to be able to dump updated MLS data into database on a daily basis either automatically or using a web interface. Need to have full search capabilities, save searches, email notification, showing scheduling, etc. As part of the website, need an agent login section that will allow agents to check showing logs, upload/print/fax documents related to listings, email notification of when properties are shown, etc. Also need an office floortime module that allows the agent taking floor calls to be able to log showings and also log calls that come into the office. An administrative part of the website needs to be built to allow someone to add/remove agents, update MLS data add/remove featured properties and other web maintanence tasks. Software is already written to download and parse MLS data. I need to be intimately involved in the visual design and layout of the site along with the architecture of the site. Good examples of some of the features of the site are on <[login to view URL]> and [[login to view URL]][1]. I need full access to all software because I will be maintaining the site.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
