This tool is a goal alignment tool. It allows managers and everyone on a work team (or the entire organization for that matter) to view what people are working on, the results they are getting as they work, and the connection of what they are working on to higher organization goals. Organizations begin with Mission and Vision. Organizational Goals drive mission and vision. Supporting goals and team goals and individual goals drive organizational goals. This tool allows a visual breakdown of the work required to achieve organizational goals while providing a "dashboard" or "scoreboard" that visually shows how well they are doing.

We realize that this demo site can be greatly enhanced and are looking for suggestions about how to improve the user interface, obviously the look and feel, and the functionality.

Only those with experience doing something like this who can take it several levels better than what we have now need express interest.
