Investor Website Clone

We are seeking a professional team to develop a clone of http://www.australianinvestmentnetwork.com.

The site is a simple one. I recommend setting up a user account as both and investor and Entrepreneur to get a full understanding of the project requirements. Please only quote after you have reviewed the site in its entirety. We require:-

1. SQL Database Design with the proper contraints and relationships in place.

2. Backend coding and testing.

2. Interface Design - based on a logo and trade dress we will supply - Public Site, Investor & Entrepreneur.

3. Sign-up forms, project submit forms, contact & ticket system.

4. Emails

5. Payment System integration in Paypal.

We would prefer it being written in .Net however PHP is OK.

We will be changing and supplying all of the content for the site and minor change specification on acceptance of quote.
