201632 Translation Tracking Site

Description of project. We need a translation project tracking site. This is the second time posting a similar project but we realized that the first time we posted a project too large and expensive. We've scaled it back to make it more manageable. We do want to make sure it's developed in a way that can be scaled up in the future though. We need a script for a php/mysql system. Here's what we need to do. We need to track companies/clients and projects from the clients and a list of translators. We need to create accounts for clients. We need to track a list of our translators and sort them by language pairs, keep notes, contact information etc.. A project may have one or many documents. Also track and sort by project due dates. I want to use this for my own company, but in an ideal world, I want to be able to repackage it and host it for others as well – a consideration but not requirement. I want this to be designed to allow for future upgrades particularly down the road we'd want to be able to have clients and translators to log into accounts and upload and download their documents - but not yet. Below are some of the fields and information that I'll need to track. And one final requirement, it needs to visually be simple enough to not scare intermediate web users - user friendly at all costs.
