Redesign of PHP MySql flash . web based software.

I need one or many HMTL5 (god/ guru/ pop star) developer(s) who are able to think, use his/her brain and create a magic new web based software tool. Working cross platform (windows 8/ iPad....) making software looks a new and higher experience. The software already exists and is based on php/MySQL, css and (very advanced) flash action script. You need to know complex databases, be able to handle bugs and complicated developments of former developers and enhance the suggested new software tool to its max with your own ideas. I DO NOT NEED: Wordpress, Drupal, other CMS professionals. I don't need any HTML5 beginners who want to try out a new project! I DO NOT NEED any DIVAS. I am looking for HIGH-END HANDMADE coders, cracks, gods, my idols. The project is clearly defined, already designed in the basics. (You can better it if you can). It has a clearly defined deadline. I am only looking for one or more VERY professional people who do not over esteem themselves at all. Nothing is impossible.
