My client, a proximity marketing startup, based on beacons, needs to develop an Admin web site to manage clients, users, beacons, and ads.
Actually they have 90% developed in PHP with Laravel, but with no documentation, design nor responsive design.
We need to improve the Design and make it responsive, based on a Admin template we'll provide. Additionally, its needed to write some REST web services for mobile apps.
The detailed requirements are attached in a PDF, that by now is in Spanish. (I can provide an English version if needed).
I just added an English version for the requirements.
