need a wordpress theme created from a psd .
to include a slider and a very specific mouseover effect to be placed on the home page must match the function/look of the 9 boxes found on this site http://modafamilia.com.
the inside pages must have the option to include the home slider or no slider, or a new slider. the theme must not disturb core WP code and I will need to make sure the WP core and all plugins are compatible and will be easy to update without code changes in the future
