I need two illustrated characters from about mid-chest up

After a couple of false starts, I finally have the project requirements locked down. Apologies to anyone who bid on the previous project.
I'm doing marketing for a small independent film. I need two characters illustrated for the movie poster that will be created. Apparently we will handle the lettering and layout in-house so all I need is the two characters. Descriptions are:
- A nerdy-looking Asian male wearing a hoodie, somewhat unshaven, wide face.
- A clean-cut college guy with t-shirt
Trying to stay away from "cartoon"-like renderings but they don't have to be super-realistic. They also don't have to look like either of the actual actors - so you won't have to be limited by working with actual photos.
Final delivery should be in vector format or VERY large rasterized format to allow for multiple levels of resizing in the various promotional material we'll be creating.
