Headshot Deep-Etching & Beauty Retouching

We are a graphics and photography company looking to outsource some work to help with our overall workload.

This is a two stage job consisting of 30 staff head shots from our largest and therefore most important client, so we expect the work to be of the highest possible quality.

The first stage is deep etching the people from the background, and creating a layered clipping mask on the original image so that we can drop in the client's requested background.

The second stage is moderate "beauty retouching", after the first stage is completed a brief will be supplied (in the form of a multi page PDF document) with markup for what needs to be done.

The successful bidder will provide a portfolio demonstrating their ability to deep etching complex images (we are particularly concerned about the quality of hair deep etching), and some examples of their retouching ability. We also expect a high level of communication throughout this job, so a good handle on the English language is also a must.

Attached to this project is a low resolution example of one of the more difficult images you will have to work with.
