Alter some Images

We have 27 images that need the focal object cutting out. The objects are in isolation and don't have a busy background so are quite easy to cut out. If you see a hand in the image please keep it and also have a layer in the psd where it can be turned off.
We would like the colour balance to feel consistent across all images. At the moment some images are darker than others.
We would like the images sent back in 2xformats;
• .png with transparent backgrounds
• .psd with edited layers
I have attached an example image to give you an idea.
We need this by Thursday the 29th September or latest Friday 30th September 13.00GMT.
There is potential for more work if we find the right person.
