I would like to hire a Photographer

Not rich like everyone else at my school and would like to hire a photographer to take some casual pictures of me, because I suck at doing them myself and don't have a lot of instagram-crazy friends who are always willing to take them of me. Additionally I hate asking for pictures. My range is under $100. Really going for a fun, provocative but innocent aesthetic if possible. Living in Minneapolis right now and depend on walking and the bus, so it would be cool if you were in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area and knew about a few places to take the pics in peace, because I get nervous when there's tons of people around like at lake Calhoun and all that.
