Leather Craft designs Needed(repost)

I need some exclusive designs to use in leather. Please take a look at the examples below and tell me how much per design and delivery format. If you include a demo will bea bonus for decision. We will start with 6 designs and then continue posting for more. Please explain if your bid is per design, all 6 designs and if they are full spread, half page or just icon.

- I know this is not the usual design stuff i am asking here for but PLEASE include mock-up, zipped file with sample work or similar job links.
