Today we are looking for our next:<br /><br /> POSITION<br /><br /> Principal purpose –<br /><br />Will be responsible for providing the leadership, coordination, and technical guidance to the overall SAP Finance support team necessary to ensure availability of the Finance functions via the successful development and deployment of bundled break/fix and enhancement releases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong working knowledge of the Finance business process and systems, a strong desire to drive the availability of the systems, and an ability to work effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment across multiple geographic locations.<br /><br /> Main responsabilities–<br /><br /> Working with the business & IT community:<br /><br /> Responsible for resolving break/fix issues in accordance with SLA guidelines.<br />Develops the approach and plan to solve technical issues.<br />Responsible for resolving the most complex problems across multiple technologies and platforms.  An incumbent in this role must be able to work across multiple modules and have depth of expertise in multiple areas.  Be able to work across local modules and create cross module integration.  Manage the impact of decisions made on SAP configuration and the impact it could have downstream, creating contingency plans as needed. <br />Actively engage with the business customer in defining optimal solutions. <br />Assist in providing mentoring and training to less experienced team members; helping to integrate them into the department.<br />Be the true customer owner (app config, or business customer) that drives the decision making on what to do with regards to enhancements and break/fix issues.  Instigate appropriate changes as it relates to the system, technical architecture, and business process side of things based on their deep expertise of the system.  Take solutions to the business, providing input into strategy and translating business requirements into SAP functionality and configuration needs. <br />Own adherence to and tracking of the project or baseline related metrics.<br /><br />In PepsiCo, we are committed to offer equal development opportunities to all the candidates, no matter the religion, race, sexual orientation, nationality, age, etc. We respect and appreciate the diversity as a workforce and innovation to the organization.<br /><br /> ¡Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo!
