I need an experienced network engineer to make some changes to my site to block unwanted traffic from TOR exit notes. I'm using shared hosting at [login to view URL] I need the config changed to be made a a cron job setup to automatically refresh a list of TOR exit notes every hour Here is a guide on how this should be done In your proposal, please state if we should do this via NGIX or Apache or both. Please justify your decision. I don't want to use htaccess because it will harm performance.

Hi, I am an experienced system administrator and I have great experience of configuring apache and nginx web servers. There are two possible ways to block the TOR traffic coming to your server, first is to block IPs of TOR servers and second is to identify headers from client request to check if traffic is coming through TOR or regular browser.
