Sharing Folders and Permissions for users on Mac High Sierra Server

Hi, I got some problems with sharing on Mac High Sierra and Server app. I got one folder in Documents with a lot of other folders. Example: I Created user1 user2 user3 user4 And created group1 group2 group3 group1: user1, user2, user4 group2: user2, user4 group3: user3, user1, user4 I Created permissions on Server App on storage option. I created the sharing through SMB on preference settings with specific folders and groups. And set permission Everyone to NONE. but some users cant see folder of other users. After closing Sharring Preferences and Server, all permissions of Everyone and Others reset to Read Only. And if i Try to acess on windows or mac using the user and password i can see everything. This problem is giving me headache already, i can't manage what i'm doing wrong, need some help with that. I can only work with two ways, everyone see everything or no one see nothing. My Budget is very limited, but i need just a simple help
