Create a Deskband that work on XP, Vista and Win7 (32 and 64bit) with the following caracteristics:
can be c++ or .NET 4 (Winform)
Need to resize automatically when adding controls (buttons) to the deskband
Need to be able to set position (index 0 for example) of the deskband in the taskbar (for example, using windows message RB_MOVEBAND etc...)
