266474 Auto flagger

I am looking to have a (c)(r)(a)(i)(g)(s)(l)(i)(s)(t) auto flagger piece of software designed to make my own ads bullet proof by "Best of (c)(r)(a)(i)(g)(s)(l)(i)(s)(t)" flagging. Basically, I will tell the program the URL of a CL post. It will then connect through a bunch of different proxies and flag the post as "Best of (c)(r)(a)(i)(g)(s)". This Piece of software needs to: 1)let me load in the (c)(r)(a)(i)(g)(s)(l)(i)(s)(t) url. Should be multi thread. 2) taking the input data from 1 above immediately begin flagging that ad until the flagging counts finished as alloted. 3) I need a program that do "best of (c)/(r)(a)(i)(g)(s)" flagging using a bunch of different proxies and IP's. The piece of software needs to be able to switch IP addresses (ones that (c)(r)(a)(i)(g)(s) list DOES NOT BLOCK) to effectively finish the flag counts in a timely manner. 4) this piece of software will become copyrighted to my company and you will surrender all work product, disks, manuals, and all other data upon payment. If you can provide me with a bunch of Anonymous or Elite Anonymous proxies, you're chance of being chosen will be improved. We also need a bunch of proxies to be supplied for our daily need with the nominal cost. A demo may be needed to test it out.
