I need a Web Application based on DOTNET. Another Program (written in C++) which will Read & Write some data in PC-USB port / Serial Port (RS232) with Arduino(microcontroller) this will write data in some File at local PC.

The Web Application will read the file's data and insert in Data base and show on Remote PC. A report of data Logging with date-time will be displayed, downloaded at excel & print to printer from web application.
